Terms of Service & Escrow Rules
1. Marketplace Intermediation & No Direct Contact
CreatorsWallah operates as an exclusive, verified intermediary broker for digital creator assets (YouTube channels, Instagram handles, TikTok accounts, websites, and community groups). To protect both counterparties against identity fraud and payment chargebacks, all negotiations, identity verifications, and deal closings must occur exclusively through the designated CreatorsWallah transaction desk or platform escrow.
Direct exchange of personal contact details, off-platform bank transfer solicitation, or attempting to bypass platform escrow will result in immediate permanent account suspension and listing forfeiture.
2. 18% Platform Commission & Pricing Structure
A standard 18% platform intermediation fee applies to all closed transactions. Sellers pay $0 upfront to list under both Pathway 1 (Self-Service Listing) and Pathway 2 (Reviewer Concierge). CreatorsWallah calculates and displays the public acquisition price including the 18% escrow guarantee fee. The platform commission covers identity audit, legal contract handover, escrow custody, and transaction dispute management.
3. Google 7-Day Transfer Protocol & Escrow Custody
For all YouTube Brand Account transfers, buyer funds are held in secure escrow throughout the mandatory 7-day Google waiting period. The buyer receives initial Manager/Owner invitation on Day 1. The seller must not revoke access. On Day 7, the buyer is promoted to Primary Owner and verifies full administrative control. Upon explicit buyer confirmation or proof of complete transfer, the seller payout (82% of gross deal price) is disbursed via domestic NEFT/IMPS or international wire.
4. Channel Ownership Authenticity & Anti-Fraud
All sellers must verify ownership by inserting their unique system-generated verification token (e.g., CW-XXXX) into their channel description, About section, or bio prior to listing approval. Submitting unverified channels, inflated metrics, bot-farmed subscribers, or accounts subject to pending copyright strikes is strictly prohibited.
5. Refund & Dispute Resolution
If a seller fails to provide access within 48 hours of escrow securing, or if an account suffers an undisclosed copyright strike or ownership reclamation attempt during the 7-day transfer, the buyer is entitled to a 100% full refund from the escrow pool.
