To preserve channel branding value and prevent off-platform poaching, seller and buyer personal contact details are kept strictly confidential by our transaction desk. Channels may be listed with private code handles upon seller request until an interested buyer executes a verified offer.

3. Payment & Escrow Security

Payment information is processed using bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store raw credit card or banking PIN credentials on our servers. Payout details for sellers are encrypted and used solely for bank transfer or wire disbursements upon successful transfer verification.
