1. 100% Escrow Money-Back Guarantee
CreatorsWallah holds buyer deposit funds in secure escrow custody throughout the channel evaluation, ownership invitation, and Google 7-day transfer holding period. Sellers do not have access to funds until primary ownership has been conclusively verified by our Reviewer Desk.
2. Mandatory Refund Triggers
A full 100% refund of the deposit is automatically granted to the buyer under the following circumstances:
- Seller Non-Compliance: The seller fails to send the Google Brand Account ownership invitation within 72 hours of payment confirmation.
- Material Discrepancy: Channel metrics, copyright strikes, community guideline warnings, or monetization status differ materially from the approved listing proof.
- Revocation of Access: The seller revokes buyer managerial or ownership access during the 7-day transfer timer.
- Suspension of Channel: The channel is terminated or suspended by YouTube during the escrow transaction window.
3. Non-Refundable Post-Transfer Terms
Once the buyer has confirmed receipt of Primary Ownership, verified full recovery email and 2-step verification takeover, and signed off on the transfer, the escrow release to the seller is irreversible. Future channel performance or algorithmic fluctuations post-transfer do not qualify for a refund.
4. Dispute Arbitration
If either party disputes a milestone, the transaction is frozen immediately. CreatorsWallah staff will inspect channel logs, Google audit trails, and chat history to issue a binding determination within 48 business hours.
